Who We Are
Mission for Area People is a faith-based nonprofit serving Muskegon County since 1967. We provide food, clothing, rental & utility help, and medical assistance with dignity, giving a “hand up” to neighbors in need.

Exciting News for Muskegon Country Seniors!
Mission for Area People now offers Senior Millage funding to help Muskegon County residents age 60+ with past-due utilities, rent, and mortgage costs.
We’re grateful for the support from Muskegon County Senior Millage and Senior Resources, and honored to give back to our seniors by helping them stay safe and stable.
