Trinity Health

Trinity Health continues to support Mission for Area People.  One of the ways that Trinity Health supports MAP is through our annual medical/dental program fundraiser.

Mission for Area People receives hundreds phone calls for medical and dental assistance annually.  On an annual basis MAP provides over $10,000 in assistance to people with things like medical and dental copays, medical and dental expenses, durable medical equipment, transportation, and consultation support.

The MAP Medical/Dental Fund provides a valuable “bridge” for those needing emergency assistance. Thank you for helping build this “bridge”!

Community Foundation for Muskegon County

The Community Foundation for Muskegon County supports Mission for Area People through grants and its semi-annual opportunity to inform foundation donors of specific needs through their on-line "Wish List". The Community Foundation for Muskegon County also houses a Mission for Area People Endowment Fund.  This Fund sends a message to its donors that the organization will be here to fulfill its mission for decades to come.  It also provides long-term financial support as MAP takes on new challenges and seizes new opportunities to meet their mission.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan

Through it's foundations Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan has supported Mission for Area People with various grants.  These grants have allowed MAP to continue to offer it's vital progams to the residents of Muskegon County.

Corewell Health

Corewell Health  supports Mission for Area People through our annual medical/dental program fundraiser.

Mission for Area People receives hundreds phone calls for medical and dental assistance annually.  Without Corewell Health's support Mission for Area People would not be able to

 “bridge” the gap for those needing emergency assistance.

Temple United Methodist Church

Mission for Area People has had a long-term relationship and partnership with Temple United Methodist Church since its inception in 1967.  MAP was the "brainchild" of area Methodist Churches to support their ministry of helping the needy, to garner and provide the time and resources needed to assure that families in need were served.  Since 1967, Temple UMC has been the physical "home" for MAP providing nearly 8,000 square feet of space free of charge, an annual value of over $10,000.

Women's Division Chamber of Commerce

Women's Division Chamber of Commerce has provided over $15,000 annually to Mission for Area Peoples programs through events such as Dancing with the Local Stars and Trinkets & Treasures.

Planet Fitness

Planet Fitness has been a provided funds and supplies for a variety of Mission for Area Peoples programs.  A couple of the programs that Planet Fitness has supported are our Teen Town Christmas and our Happy Feet event.
