The Board of Directors welcomes Mr. Jim Nielsen to the Board of Directors.

Jim Nielsen is currently the Superintendent of Orchard View Schools. Jim began his career at Orchard View Schools in 1987 as a teacher before moving into administration.

Jim has also served as an executive board member of the Michigan Association of Secondary School Principals along with having been involved in various local and state level committees throughout his career.

Jim is the proud parent of three adult children and loves to travel, participate in recreational sports, engage in community volunteer work, and invest time and energy in the growth and development of Orchard View Schools' students both inside and outside of the school.
