Introducing Doug Turnage to the MAP board.

Douglas was raised in both Muskegon Heights and Norton Shores, where he graduated from Mona Shores High School in 2001. After attending Baker College, Doug decided to pursue a career in the McDonalds Business system. He has worked his way from in-restaurant operations, Director of Operations where he led over 500 employees and created revenue streams of over 18 million dollars a year for franchisee Owner/Operators. In his current role as a U.S. level Deployment Consultant, Doug works with Executive Officers, Strategists, and innovators to strategically align and implement cutting edge business practices within the McDonalds Brand.
When Doug is not working, Doug enjoys spending time and creating memories with his better half, Kelly, and their three children (Ava, Antonio, and Avery). Doug is also very active in his community where he coaches Football, Baseball and Basketball. When asking Doug what drives him, he says “What I have learned on my time here on earth, is if do the right things by your family and community, you can be very impactful”.
